At Berkeley Design & Build we pride ourselves with being able to offer our clients a full turn key service. From concept design & project management, through to build with our own construction teams and finally the installation of our client’s new furniture and furnishings.

We mainly work on period properties updating them by giving them a partial or full refurbishment, working on key areas such as bathrooms; kitchen etc and taking the specification up to levels of luxury you would expect to receive when staying in a four or five star hotel. This we do by stripping each room right back, re-wiring and re-plumbing where needed. Sometimes we re-configure the internal spaces when required. Then, re-plastering walls, covering up new lighting relays and home automation circuitry.

Some properties are bought by our clients as long term investments and are let out, so we have to budget very carefully to ensure they get an excellent return in terms of rental value and the increased property price, which is normally quite substantial well outstripping the money invested in the properties renovation.
